Process:
Alcoholic fermentation for 15-20 days at controlled temperatures. Maturation in steel tanks and oak barriques (12 months) and finally at least six months of refinement in bottle.
Bottling: 24 months after the harvest
Alcool: 14,5%
Servizio: 16-18 °C
Serving Temperature: 16-18 °C / 61-65°F
Food Pairing: Pasta dishes and white and red meat.
