A wine with great personality, with strong and enveloping flavours.
Grape Varieties: Cabernet Franc 40%, Cabernet Sauvignon 30%, Petit Verdot 30%
Cultivation: Guyot
Harvest: Manual
Process: Alcoholic fermentation for 15-20 days at controlled temperatures. Maturation in steel tanks and oak barriques (12 months) and finally at least six months of refinement in bottle.
Bottling: 24 months after the harcest
Alcool: 14%
Serving Temperature: 16-18 °C / 61-65°F
Food Pairing: Pasta dishes and white and red meat.
